📋 Description

• Provide professional licensing support to the company and its subsidiaries and ensure that all required professional licenses are obtained and kept in good standing. • Ensure proper and timely completion of licensing requirements for Corporate and all Brands, including preparing and filing license applications. • Apply for new licenses at state and local levels as needed. • Send and upload COIs to licensing offices, localities, and Brand Markets. • Assist company Brands with the COI platform. • Respond to company personnel questions regarding licensing requirements. • Maintain current knowledge of corporate, state, and federal licensing requirements. • Retain accurate and organized licensing document records. • Provide administrative support to the VP of Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in license management, regulatory compliance, or a related field is advantageous. • Knowledge of contractor licensing and permitting processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of Certificate of Insurance processes and procedures. • Strong computer proficiency. • Superb attention to detail. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals. • Organized, detailed, and self-motivated. • Ability to multitask and problem-solve. • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently. • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new information, research information, and apply learned knowledge. • Ability to follow directions and complete detailed forms accurately. • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; high degree of accuracy required.
