📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day production needs of the real estate company's creative team and agent marketing services division • Execute customized marketing projects for individual real estate agents by adapting existing creative to personal brands and marketing needs • Produce accurate, polished, agent-specific marketing assets within established timelines • Build, upload, and prepare editable marketing assets in the Marketing Design Center • Format and maintain functional template libraries • Adapt, resize, and reformat designs for print, digital, social media, and other marketing channels • Maintain brand consistency across versions and formats • Produce multiple asset versions efficiently • Execute design updates, revisions, and production requests • Manage concurrent projects and deadlines • Incorporate feedback and return revised assets within agreed turnaround windows • Create new marketing materials and support the Graphic Designer and creative team • Support social media content and digital advertising assets for Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Prepare, organize, and maintain design files and creative assets using consistent naming conventions and folder structures • Perform quality assurance for accuracy, formatting, functionality, specifications, and brand consistency • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team; communicate project status, timelines, and blockers

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience with Canva or similar template-based design platforms is a plus • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and layout • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable adapting existing designs, templates, and brand systems • Ability to work efficiently, follow direction, and incorporate feedback quickly • Quick learner who is comfortable picking up new software, platforms, and workflows • Dependable, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a creative team • Full-time role • Rate of $6-$7/hr depending on experience • 100% Remote
