📋 Description

• Create graphic design concepts and components for events and projects, including small- and large-format branding and signage • Create 2D elements, designs, and textures for 3D renderings and space layouts • Develop designs aligned with client brand objectives and guidelines • Develop original creative concepts for established brands • Set up print-production files with required print marks and bleed lines • Review and correct artwork for fonts, images, resolution, color profiles, and production readiness • Prepare, adjust, and troubleshoot artwork to meet technical print-production specifications • Create templates for assets and fabricated builds • Measure fabricated elements and physical assets to create accurate design templates • Interpret dimensions from SketchUp, Fusion, and CAD drawings • Create custom mockups and designs based on client requests • Collaborate with account teams, producers, project managers, designers, and production teams • Provide creative direction and feedback to project managers, clients, and graphic designers • Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines • Create templates and design elements for business proposals and marketing materials • Complete full proposal layouts when requested

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional graphic design experience • Demonstrated experience creating production-ready artwork for print and large-format applications • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat • Experience with print production and large-scale environments • Clear understanding of scale, materials, and production constraints • Strong knowledge and application of graphic design principles • Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work quickly under pressure to meet tight deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently on large projects as well as collaboratively within a team • Ability to take direction from project managers, clients, and creative services team members • Ability to provide creative direction and constructive feedback to project managers, clients, and other graphic designers • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines while also developing original creative concepts • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cross-culturally • Experience supporting live events, experiential environments, signage, large-format graphics, or a related production environment preferred • Experience with 3D design software preferred
