📋 Description

• Claim candidates in Raven ATS before working them • Paper-screen résumés in under a minute, prioritizing tenure and relevancy • Call every Move Forward candidate within 20 minutes of the verdict • Conduct screening calls using four fixed non-negotiables and five search-specific relevancy questions • Triple-touch no-answer candidates by call, text, and email during the same shift • Request digital literacy checks, role-aligned résumés, and references with deadlines • Endorse at least three candidates per opening • Place 30 to 50+ outbound calls per shift to active and passive candidates • Source through LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, BossJobs, Facebook groups, referrals, and Remote Raven's applicant flow • Use Boolean search where helpful • Conduct phone screens covering non-negotiables, skills, scope, availability, and role interest • Flag mismatches early and record one of four verdicts • Own leads from first dial through endorsement, including callbacks, no-answers, warm leads, and gate items • Confirm candidates attend scheduled interviews through commitment, reminders, and reconfirmation • Keep Raven ATS complete and current within the same shift • Track dials, conversations, screens, endorsements, and compliance with the 20-minute rule • Sync with recruiters on search priorities and provide written pipeline updates • Represent Remote Raven on every candidate call

🎯 Requirements

• A verifiable history of 30 or more outbound calls per day in a prior role: talent sourcing, agency recruiting, SDR, BPO outbound, or collections • One year or more in a role where your output was measured daily • Hands-on use of an ATS or CRM to manage a pipeline • Clear, professional English on the phone with US-based contacts, and confidence to open a call with a stranger • A record of being coached and changing • Stable internet of 100 Mbps or more with mobile-data backup • Backup power • A quiet workspace with a door • Noise-cancelling headset • Able to commit to the full shift every scheduled day • LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or Boolean search experience preferred • Prior experience inside a US-based staffing or third-party recruiting agency preferred • Sourcing experience for hard-to-fill roles preferred • Documented KPIs from a prior role preferred • Comprehensive resume in English in PDF format • Completion of the required assessment
