📋 Description

• Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security through IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — both on-site and remotely • Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud • Assist our clients in ensuring business continuity and operational readiness • Raise clients' emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, and failover and functional tests • Gain exposure to related areas such as information security and third-party risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in system integration, e.g. data center administration or IT service at a system house; alternatively, a degree in IT (e.g. (Business) Informatics, Cyber Security Management or similar) • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, plus initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL-compliant operational processes • Drive to dive into complex topics, pragmatic problem-solving skills and a confident professional demeanor • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
