📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level on improving IT performance and future readiness • Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management • Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient IT operations delivery • Provide professional leadership to consultants and support their ongoing development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management (ITSM) • Experience in a leadership role is preferred • In-depth knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks • Experience managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking skills • Ability to analyze complex interrelationships and derive practical recommendations for action • High degree of ownership and accountability • Structured approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business-fluent German
