📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level to increase IT performance and future readiness • Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management) to identify strengths and weaknesses • Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT operations • Provide subject-matter leadership to consultants and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• University degree plus at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or ITSM, ideally with experience in a leadership role • Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience in managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to analyze complex situations and derive practical recommendations • High personal responsibility, a structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
