📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and organize the smart meter rollout in collaboration with locations in Germany • Develop and optimize processes for dynamic electricity tariffs • Prepare reports and analyses and independently derive appropriate measures • Build and further develop data-driven solutions for process automation • Handle energy industry processes through market communication systems • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and technical standards in the energy sector • Monitor and analyze project progress and derive measures to achieve targets • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations • Design and prepare information for communication to Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in energy management, business, or a related field; alternatively, vocational training, e.g. in a commercial or related field • Several years of experience in the energy sector • Knowledge of project management and process optimization • Analytical and structured approach to work • Strong understanding of technical interrelationships and a solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is an advantage • Fluent written and spoken German and English
