📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level • Identify the interdependencies between IT and the business and contribute to the strategic alignment of clients’ IT organizations • Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to achieve sustainable improvements in the IT organization’s cost efficiency, quality, and scalability • Design service delivery models and increase the business value of IT • Support the implementation and continuous development of IT services • Provide technical leadership to consultants and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management • Experience in a leadership role is preferred • Sound understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks • Experience managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking skills • Ability to analyze complex interdependencies and derive practical recommendations for action • High level of personal responsibility • Structured approach to work • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Business-fluent German
