📋 Description

• Lead project teams and conduct IT emergency exercises; support various clients in developing IT emergency strategies, restart and recovery plans, and data backup concepts — on-site and remotely • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud • Participate in real incident response operations and support our clients to ensure operational continuity • Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics such as information security, third‑party risk management, and risk management, thereby further developing our consulting services

🎯 Requirements

• University degree related to IT or an equivalent professional qualification in the IT field, e.g., administration, IT service, or data center operations • Experience applying ITSCM standards, e.g., ISO 27031, or comparable standards such as ISO 27001 or ITIL 4, and several years of professional experience • Proven experience in project management and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and training • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
