📋 Description

• Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management • Identify the organizational challenges facing our clients and develop tailored solutions together with them • Shape the change process in close collaboration with employees and management across various industries and the public sector • Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods • Optional: provide technical leadership for junior consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum, or Prince2 • Strong interest in organizing and managing IT effectively in a digital world • You are familiar with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German • The list of requirements is a wish list.
