⢠Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) ⢠At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations ⢠Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL ⢠Strong analytical skills ⢠Excellent presentation and communication skills (German - business fluent)
