📋 Description

• Together with our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets to ensure the future-proof use of IT • Improve service delivery to drive business value and support the successful implementation and ongoing development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects to optimize cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization • Optionally, you may take on technical leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management • Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a strong sense for the interface between IT and the business • Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify relationships, along with high self-motivation and a conscientious work style • Very good presentation and communication skills (German — business fluent)
