📋 Description

• Optimize clients’ IT portfolios, focusing on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets • Ensure the future-ready use of IT • Improve service delivery through business-focused levers • Support the successful implementation and ongoing development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects to optimize the IT organization’s costs, quality, and scalability • Optionally provide subject-matter leadership and mentoring to Junior Consultants on joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management • In-depth understanding of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL • Strong understanding of the interface between IT and the business • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies • High level of self-motivation and a conscientious working style • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Fluent German, at a professional negotiating level • Willingness to apply even if you do not meet every preferred qualification; opportunities for development are available on the job
