📋 Description

• Together with our clients, you optimize the IT portfolio with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets to ensure a future-ready use of IT • Improve service delivery with measurable benefits for the business and support the successful introduction and continuous development of IT services • Support IT sourcing projects to optimize cost, quality, and scalability of the IT organization • Optionally take on subject-matter leadership and mentor junior consultants in joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management • Solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, and a good sense for the interface between IT and the business • Analytical ability to structure complexity and clarify relationships, plus a high degree of self-motivation and a conscientious working style • Excellent presentation and communication skills (German — business fluent)
