📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the IT and Cybersecurity audit universe and risk control matrix • Conduct global IT and Cybersecurity risk assessments and propose inputs to the audit plan • Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, SAP, internal audit, ERM, and internal control teams • Lead IT, Cybersecurity, and SAP audits, special-request audits, advisory engagements, process reviews, and follow-up audits • Develop individual audit plans and planning documentation • Manage all phases of internal audit engagements, including coordination with functional management and outsourced audit personnel • Partner with business process owners to recommend optimal solutions that strengthen controls and increase efficiency • Lead development of new or amended audit processes and innovative approaches to risk and control reviews, including AI adoption • Support compliance efforts through technical knowledge and control-testing management • Maintain and improve technical abilities and business awareness regarding IT, IT security, cybersecurity, and internal audit standards and procedures • Travel globally approximately 30% to perform or manage audits

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, proactive, and seasoned IT Audit Manager with high integrity and a can-do attitude • Ability to take full ownership and independently deliver assigned engagements and tasks timely and with quality • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to formulate lessons learned and propose improvements • Ability to lead engagement teams and assigned projects and resolve issues • Experience interacting with Senior Management and building strong relationships across global organizations • Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and understanding cultural differences • Excellent written and spoken English • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including motivating, influencing, negotiating, and challenging at a senior level • Team-player attitude and flexibility to support the team • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Engineering • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in external/internal IT audit • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification required • Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and EU AI Act • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI • Data literacy, including populating, reading, understanding, and analyzing data from various sources • Willingness to travel globally (30%) to perform or manage audits
