📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand enterprise-wide analytical needs • Frame key questions, translate requirements into actionable data and analytics solutions, and align objectives with measurable outcomes • Provide thought leadership in advanced analytics, including statistical analysis and descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling • Synthesize insights across financial performance, forecasts, products, geography, industries, competitive landscape, and customer segments • Design and develop scalable data and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, and Power BI • Apply advanced statistical and quantitative techniques, including high-complexity predictive modeling • Evaluate current and emerging technologies to identify trends and enhance analytical capabilities • Lead cross-functional projects and programs • Communicate complex analytical findings through presentations to management and executive audiences • Drive adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning by leading initiatives, establishing best practices, and scaling capabilities • Mentor and develop junior team members • Provide regular updates and insights to management

🎯 Requirements

• Resume must be submitted in English • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative Economics, Marketing Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field • Master’s degree with relevant professional experience preferred • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical, quantitative, or technical role • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Hands-on experience in data engineering, data wrangling, feature engineering, and scalable data processing • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including regression, hypothesis testing, dimensionality reduction, predictive modeling, and data mining • Experience with diverse data sources, data platforms, and reporting/analytics tools such as SQL Server and Denodo or similar technologies • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel • Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ML libraries, and best practices • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Ability to explore and leverage new data sources, tools, and methodologies • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Advanced English proficiency
