📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications • Translate requirements into solutions with business and technical teams • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues • Support deployment and release activities • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Salesforce Developers • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members • Review code, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery • Work extended shifts as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, customization, and solution design • Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience managing and mentoring a team of 4–5 developers in the current role • Willingness to work in extended shifts • Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket is preferred
