📋 Description

• Support the sales team via Zendesk by tracking SKU statuses and purchase order lifecycles and providing accurate updates • Submit, validate, and revise vendor invoices in the client's invoicing platform and ERP system • Process vendor order confirmations after orders are placed • Support the launch of 160–180 new SKUs per month • Coordinate between vendors, the procurement team, and product development • Assist with procurement and logistics administrative and data tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Junior to mid-level experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a similar operations role • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and detail management for SKUs, orders, and invoices • Ability to multitask and switch between different tasks • Ability to learn systems quickly • English communication skills at least C1 level, written and spoken • Ability to collaborate with US-based sales, product, and vendor teams • Available to start ASAP • Available for an approximately 3-month contract running through December 2026, possibly extending into early Q1 2027 • ERP system or Zendesk experience, knowledge of the purchase order lifecycle, or product data experience in retail/home furnishings is a bonus
