Hlumasande is a mentoring organization that aims to develop young people to become informed of self, career direction and have full confidence in their own abilities. Hlumasande does this through its Mentoring Programme and Career Development Programme. These programmes are crafted in a manner to build young people who are well informed and confident post matric and going to higher institutions. The organization was established by tertiary students from the University of the Western Cape in July 2016.
