📋 Description

• Gestaltung der digitalen Kundenbeziehungsstrategien • Umsetzung technologischer Lösungen im Vertrieb und Kundenservice • Beratung auf Augenhöhe im SAP-Umfeld der Module Sales und Service • Entwicklung kundenzentrierter CRM-Lösungen in Sales, Marketing und Service • Verantwortung für das Customizing der SAP CX-Lösungen (Sales & Service Cloud) • Erstellung von Strategien, Business Cases und Handlungsempfehlungen für Kunden

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengang • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufs- oder Projekterfahrung im Agentur-, Beratungs- oder Enterprise-Umfeld • Fundierte beratende und technische Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Konfiguration von SAP Sales & Service Cloud (inkl. V2) • Idealerweise SAP S/4HANA, FSM und CPQ Erfahrung • Leidenschaft für Vertrieb und gutes Verständnis der erforderlichen Systeme, Daten und Kernprozesse in Marketing, CRM und Kundenservice im Kontext von Digital Commerce • Souveränes Auftreten, starke analytische, konzeptionelle und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten • Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und sehr gute Kommunikation auf Englisch • Aktuelle SAP-Zertifizierungen sind ein starkes Plus.
