📋 Description

• Solve high-impact problems across finance, operations, strategy, and GTM • Own strategic initiatives end-to-end: analyze, recommend, and execute • Support company building through financial modeling, planning, organizational design, and compensation • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams • Build processes and systems that scale with growth • Prepare materials for the board, investors, and leadership • Model ARR, streamline payroll, and brainstorm GTM strategy with founders

• Background in consulting, IB, finance, or strategy • Ownership mindset: move fast, figure things out, get it done • Builder mentality: spot problems and create solutions • Excitement to learn every corner of a high-growth startup • Collaborative, coachable, and gritty • Ambition to pursue leadership or entrepreneurship • Willingness to work within Pacific Time (PT) hours
