📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos up to 1 minute and 30 seconds for advertising campaigns • Review and cut raw footage • Add dynamic transitions and strategic cuts • Apply b-roll to enhance visual storytelling • Perform audio cleanup and adjustments • Create and review synchronized captions • Review and adjust headlines and on-screen text • Adapt videos for different formats, including Instagram Feed and Stories • Ensure visual consistency and delivery quality aligned with the marketing strategy • Handle recurring requests with varying frequency depending on project needs • Use ClickUp for communication and project management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience editing videos for social media and/or advertising • Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software • Knowledge of editing techniques focused on retention and conversion • Ability to meet deadlines, with an average turnaround time of up to 3 days per deliverable • Strong organizational skills for managing requests through ClickUp • Must have an active CNPJ and be able to issue invoices • High school education • Experience editing content for the medical/aesthetics niche • Knowledge of visual copywriting and attention-grabbing hooks • Experience creating high-performance creatives for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
