• Responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy to achieve company objectives • Handling property sales for our existing clients • Managing and leading the sales team as well as on-site colleagues • Preparing qualified market price assessments and property exposés • Conducting sales and price negotiations • Organizing and coordinating notary appointments and reviewing purchase contracts • Analyzing market trends and continuously optimizing sales processes • Close coordination with other departments to improve overall strategy • Regular preparation of reports and performance analyses for presentation to executive management
• 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in the real estate industry • Strong understanding of planning and performance reports • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Detail-oriented with strategic thinking abilities • Sales and negotiation aptitude • Comfort with digital workflows and tools
