📋 Description

• Recording incoming payments for our clients (property owners) • Recording outgoing payments in the appropriate accounts in our Immoware24 system • Supporting and independently preparing service charge statements • Building expertise in property management • Maintaining accurate records in the company’s internal system and documenting processes precisely • Taking a customer-centric approach in all activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting – accounts payable and accounts receivable are familiar concepts to you • Strong communication skills in German (fluent, both written and spoken) • Confident PC skills and practical experience using one or more accounting systems • Strong willingness to learn and a high level of commitment • Career changers are welcome; a completed vocational qualification or degree is required
