📋 Description

• Recording incoming payments for clients (property owners) • Recording outgoing payments to the appropriate accounts in the Immoware24 system • Supporting and independently preparing service charge statements • Developing specialist knowledge in property management • Working accurately in the company’s internal system and documenting processes precisely • Applying a customer-centric approach • Supporting clients, primarily property owners in Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Fluent written and spoken German • Confident using computers • Practical experience with one or more billing systems • Strong willingness to learn and high level of commitment • Career changers welcome; a completed vocational qualification or degree is required
