📋 Description

• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts (wireframes) based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts • Work closely with Designers, QA and Engineering to implement new and improve upon existing • Work with usability researchers to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators (KPIs) and aide Customer in achieving those goals • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally – especially via Engineering and Product • Implement refined designs to improve the UX of the product • Program manage feature/customer escalations and support issues • Obtains approval of concept by Product Team and VP of Product for approval • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience a plus • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially PowerPoint) • You’re driven, passionate and Customer-obsessed: No one needs to push you to excel in your role – it’s just who YOU are! • Eagerness to learn, adapt and perfect your work – you seek out help and put it to good use • You are eager and want to help and serve our Customers.
