📋 Description

• Conduct professional client meetings, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and advising of new clients • Gradually build and develop your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and strategies in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth building • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn key sales processes • Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and mentoring • Develop into a licensed financial advisor

🎯 Requirements

• German Abitur, completed commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
