📋 Description

• Conduct client meetings professionally, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions • Support the acquisition and advising of new clients • Gradually build your own client portfolio • Prepare analyses and concepts in the areas of protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth accumulation • Work closely with experienced advisors and learn the core processes involved in sales • Receive guidance, coaching, and support from Kevin Kehr

🎯 Requirements

• Abitur, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification • Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level or native speaker) • Residence in Germany • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
