📋 Description

• Schedule client appointments by phone, through networking, and via leads, while building a well-organized pipeline • Learn and apply conversation guides, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards • Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve results • Analyze client situations and prepare consulting materials in a structured manner • Participate in consulting calls, manage follow-ups, and ensure the next steps are taken • Document processes and ensure organizational reliability • Collaborate closely with the team and take ownership of assigned work packages

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences • Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level, both spoken and written • Strong communication skills, dependability, and reliability • Initiative and a structured approach to work • Willingness to perform and deliver measurable results • Preferred: Initial experience in sales, customer service, or consulting • Preferred: Experience in a sports or high-performance culture
