📋 Description

• Maintain and update rolling cash flow forecasts • Reconcile actual figures with forecasts and flag variances at an early stage • Record and code invoices and receipts, and prepare their handover to the tax accounting firm • Monitor outstanding receivables, check incoming payments, and carry out a structured dunning process • Prepare monthly retainer and project invoicing for clients in the DACH region and the United States • Reconcile bank, Stripe, and credit card accounts • Prepare cost and contribution margin analyses for each team • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Prepare ad hoc analyses for management • Document financial processes and propose ways to automate manual tasks • Work directly with management

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting • At least in the third semester • Confident user of Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and a basic understanding of clean data structures • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability when handling figures and confidential data • Fluent German • Good written and spoken English • Availability of at least 15 hours per week • Willingness to commit to a long-term collaboration of at least 12 months • Initial practical experience in accounting, tax consulting, or controlling is an advantage • Knowledge of DATEV, Lexware/Lexoffice, or comparable tools is an advantage • Interest in e-commerce and digital business models is an advantage • Interest in process automation, such as Sheets formulas, Zapier/Make, or simple scripts, is an advantage
