📋 Description

• You will support us in reviewing and processing invoices • You will keep our reporting up to date and continuously develop it further • You will familiarize yourself with our planning processes and assist in coordinating with different business units • You will take on administrative tasks, including creating and maintaining timesheets for client projects • You will handle electronic incoming mail • You will assist with audits, project billing, and invoice management • You will document accounting processes and help continuously improve them • You will support payroll preparation in close collaboration with the HR team • You will help prepare materials for board and investor meetings

🎯 Requirements

• You work independently, carefully, and have an eye for detail • You have a good understanding of numbers and a strong sense of cost awareness and responsibility • You have basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • You have good English skills, as English is our working language • Some experience in accounting is a plus but not required • You can support us for around 20 hours per week and schedule your working hours flexibly
