📋 Description

• Own the strategy and delivery for Hostaway’s core product domain • Define the vision, roadmap, and execution across pricing, availability, and listing content • Build product experiences that property managers can trust • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel-connection teams • Use AI tooling to take ideas from discovery and prototyping through shipped product • Work alongside engineers on product delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software • Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows • Experience simplifying complex systems, especially where external platforms behave differently • Daily use of AI in the product-development workflow • Ability to create clickable or working prototypes with AI coding tools • Technical fluency with APIs and integrations • Continuous discovery experience • Sound judgment on trade-offs • Resilience working through long-standing problems in products customers depend on • Experience in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, or marketplaces is nice to have • Experience with pricing, rates, distribution, inventory, properties, rooms, vehicles, or equipment is nice to have
