📋 Description

• Build and run the strategy for reaching developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers • Choose, curate, and optimize channels and formats for technical audiences, starting with Brazil and the US • Build Hostinger’s narrative for technical audiences across content, demos, communities, events, and product launches • Plan and launch upper-funnel awareness campaigns for technical audiences • Grow Hostinger’s presence and advocacy in subreddits, Discord servers, X, and other user-generated communities • Host recurring webinars and workshops and represent Hostinger at developer events and meetups • Bring community insights back to the team • Collaborate with Creatives, PR, Content, Product Marketing, Product, Brand, and other Marketing teams • Create tutorials, demos, showcases, user stories, and community-project spotlights • Identify and support power users, ambassadors, local creators, and developer groups • Define and measure how community, storytelling, and campaigns contribute to technical-product growth • Run experiments and scale successful approaches • Develop a technical-audience playbook for the wider team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years growing technical audiences in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or developer tools • Knowledge of how developers, DevOps engineers, and AI explorers discover, evaluate, and choose tools • Genuine curiosity about IT tools, trends, and developer-community conversations • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AI concepts • Ability to explain technical topics clearly • Ability to turn technical products into compelling narratives with content, creative, and PR teams • Experience running awareness campaigns, webinars, or meetups for technical audiences • Experience measuring community, content, or brand impact using quantitative and qualitative signals • Ability to adapt messaging to different markets and developer cultures • Ability to identify problems, take initiative, and drive solutions without close supervision
