📋 Description

• Execute and optimize organic growth initiatives across key channels (SEO, content, YouTube, etc.) based on strategic priorities • Support identification and validation of high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation • Collaborate with Organic Marketing teams to improve organic funnels and conversion rates • Run and manage growth experiments end-to-end (setup, execution, analysis, reporting) • Analyze performance using tools like Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, and translate insights into actionable improvements • Research competitors and market trends to support discovery of new growth opportunities and tactics • Contribute to building and implementing scalable systems and processes for repeatable organic growth • Document and report on performance, learnings, and next steps, ensuring insights are clear and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organic growth/SEO/growth marketing • Proven track record of driving organic traffic and/or revenue growth • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Tableau, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.) • Experience running experiments and prioritizing growth opportunities • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking • Ability to work end-to-end independently with high ownership • Strong collaboration skills across teams (content, product, dev)
