📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems • Create innovative, highly usable solutions that meet customer needs • Own and drive the entire design process from first sketch to shipped feature, including user advocacy, performance monitoring, and iteration • Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions • Iterate on solutions based on feedback and data • Keep up to date with current design trends, techniques, and practices • Collaborate with the design guild to improve design systems and processes • Take full ownership and responsibility for work autonomously and proactively • Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates • Contribute to products and processes for Hostinger, an AI-first company serving more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies • Deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design • Ability to own a design area end-to-end, make strategic design decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and drive execution through launch • Excellent communication skills to clearly present design ideas and solutions • Ability to conduct user research, understand data, and validate ideas • Excellent knowledge of design tools • Great knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to them • Driven, creative, and hungry for knowledge • Impressive online portfolio • Understanding of analytics tools such as Amplitude and HotJar • Portfolio submission with real design cases, ideas and solutions, and process required for consideration
