📋 Description

• Turn data into game-changing insights - partner with teams across the business (revenue, product, finance, customer success and other) to solve real problems, uncover hidden opportunities and drive data-informed decisions. • Build dashboards that make an impact - create powerful visualizations that give teams at Hostinger the visibility and confidence to take action, while ensuring data integrity and validity. • Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data. • Challenge the status quo - improve our current analytical methods, speed up decision-making and support data-driven culture across Hostinger. • Collaborate with our top-notch Data Platform team - work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to ensure data availability, efficient processes and successful project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role. • Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. Basically, ChatGPT asks you to check queries. • Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too. • A results-driven mindset - you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact. • Strong communication & collaboration skills - you can explain complex data in a simple way and work well with cross-functional teams. • Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools. • Extra points for: experience with Python or R for data analysis, A/B testing experience or knowledge of statistical concepts.
