📋 Description

• Design and implement greenfield services • Replace legacy code with modern microservices, strong test coverage, and production-grade observability • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions • Use Claude and/or Cursor as the primary development environment • Independently drive projects, own work, surface blockers, and maintain progress

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable using Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools as the main coding interface • Strong system design skills, including architectural decisions, tradeoffs, and infrastructure-level thinking • Proven experience shipping complex systems • Self-directed working style • Comfortable handling ambiguity and cross-team requests • Adaptable to shifting priorities • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Java or Kotlin experience (nice to have) • SQL and relational databases (nice to have) • Terraform, Datadog, or Splunk experience (nice to have) • Candidates must be based in Latin America • Full-time contractor role
