📋 Description

• Translate the CEO’s strategic vision into a structured roadmap and prioritized backlog • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development decisions • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and drive the product roadmap • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to inform product decisions • Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success

🎯 Requirements

• Be located in Colombia • 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry • Proven track record of delivering successful software products • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
