• Full ownership of project execution for integrated communications campaigns—from briefing through implementation—in the RX healthcare area • Strategy and execution of cross-media communications campaigns • Monitoring and coordination of internal and external workflows • Preparation of briefings, timelines and cost estimates • Development of existing client relationships and contribution to new-business wins • An inspiring agency environment within a multidisciplinary team
• University degree or equivalent qualification—ideally in a healthcare-related field or in the medical or natural sciences • Professional experience as an Account Manager (all genders) in healthcare, either at an agency or on the client side • Experience in client leadership and campaign project management • Understanding of digital projects, particularly in content marketing • Strong brand awareness, good creative sense and excellent communication skills • Excellent presentation skills in German and English
