📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration • Translate complex business challenges into clear, growth-oriented product strategies • Understand how Pros run their businesses and design real-world workflows • Partner with PMs, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver a connected platform experience • Write PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead planning to ship high-impact features • Define and track core performance metrics with the Data Science team • Partner with Product Design and Pros to create intuitive experiences for complex processes • Build scalable tools powering the end-to-end Houzz Pro ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support • Ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance • Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global development teams and international customers • Experience building SMB business management software such as CRM, project management, financial, or operations tools (ideally) • Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations (ideally)
