📋 Description
• Accompagner les équipes RH et IT dans leurs projets • Challenger les pratiques existantes et orienter les choix d’outillage • Coordination des acteurs et suivi des livrables en phase de déploiement • Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs dans la prise en main de leur nouvel outil
🎯 Requirements
• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le conseil • Expertise en déploiement de projets Paie • Compréhension des enjeux métier en RH • Certifié.e en numérique responsable est un plus
🏖️ Benefits
• Un salaire fixe entre 50k€ et 60k€ • Un bonus individuel de 2 k€ • Indemnité Repas de 2 257€ net/an • Prime Vacances versée chaque mois • Participation aux résultats • Charte télétravail permettant de travailler en jogging 3 jours par semaine
