• Lead HR Access implementation (MOE) projects • Provide expert advice to clients • Ensure the quality, timeliness and reliability of deliverables • Share knowledge, support team development and inspire the team
• Over 10 years' experience in HRIS consulting • Ability to scope and define complex engagements • Experience managing large-scale projects • Strong functional or techno-functional expertise • Curiosity, structured approach and adaptability • Certification in digital responsibility is a plus
• Fixed salary between €60,000 and €70,000 • Individual bonus of €5,000 • Meal allowance of €2,257 net/year • Vacation bonus paid monthly • Profit-sharing
