🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate (Master's level) — engineering school, business school, IAE, or Master's in HR/HRIS • Familiarity with one of the following HRIS: HRa Suite, BO, ESTEVE, etc. • Analytical mindset and curiosity • Strong interpersonal skills • Comfortable collaborating with project teams and end users • Certification in Responsible Digital Practices is a plus
