📋 Description
• Identify and document all existing Time & Attendance (GTA) and payroll rules • Ensure the continuity and compliance of practices originating from legal, contractual (collective bargaining) or internal sources • Optimize workdays and scheduling within the organization
🎯 Requirements
• More than 2 years' experience in GTA (Time & Attendance) consulting / scheduling • Proficiency with software such as Kronos, Kelio or eTemptation • Skilled at configuring GTA tools and drafting specifications • Ability to work in a team and support clients
