• Over 15 years' experience in HRIS • Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a consulting firm • Proven ability to manage complex Talent projects • Proficiency in multiple market HRIS/Talent solutions (Workday, SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Oracle, etc.) • Strategic and operational vision • Effective team management • Commercial/business development skills • Certification in responsible digital practices is a plus • Bilingual in French and English
• Fixed salary between €75,000 and €85,000 • Individual bonus of €8,000 • Meal allowance of €2,257 net per year • Holiday allowance paid monthly • Profit-sharing/participation in company results
