📋 Description

• You will be involved from the earliest phases of projects to support HR and IT teams in understanding their business requirements. • Your sharp perspective will be valuable for challenging existing practices and guiding tooling choices in a smart, relevant way. • During deployment, you will excel at coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, managing testing, and organizing training. • Thanks to your listening skills, rigor, and ability to turn pain points into practical solutions, users will adopt their new tool with confidence.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting. • You can manage projects, communicate with clients, support a team, and juggle deadlines without losing your sense of humour. • You possess solid functional (or techno-functional) expertise that you apply to real-world projects. • You are curious, rigorous, adaptable, and eager to make a real impact within a firm that trusts you. • You share our values: professionalism, friendliness, and long-term commitment. • Certification in responsible digital practices (digital sustainability) is a definite plus.
