📋 Description

• Support in scoping and deploying HRIS solutions. • Facilitation of workshops with HR and IT teams. • Documenting requirements and writing functional specifications. • Process optimization and deployment of market-standard solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in HRIS consulting. • Proficiency in one of the following tools: HR Access, SAP, ADP, Cegid, etc. • Ability to scope engagements, ensure process reliability, and support clients. • Project management, client communication, and team support skills. • Functional or technical-functional expertise. • Curiosity, rigor, and adaptability.
