• Lead ambitious HR and HRIS projects • Provide guidance and mentorship to your teams: activity monitoring, coaching, knowledge transfer • Contribute to business development and the strategic positioning of your service offering • Participate in recruiting and strengthening your team's expertise
• More than 10 years of experience in HRIS consulting • Strong command of market payroll solutions: HR Access, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, ADP, Cegid, Pléiades, Silae, etc. • Proven technical-functional expertise • Demonstrated experience coordinating project teams • Experience participating in functional audits • Structured, committed, and eager to join a consulting firm • Certification in responsible digital practices is a strong plus
