🎯 Requirements

• Recent Master's graduate (Bac+5) — engineering school, business school, IAE, or a Master's in HR or HRIS • Interest in Talent topics: strategic workforce planning (GEPP), mobility, training, recruitment, and career management • Enjoy working in a team, able to listen, propose ideas and persuade professionally, with kindness and commitment • Certification in responsible digital practices is a strong plus • Proficiency in English to contribute to international projects
